Precicast is our gravity die casting and pressure die casting facility in Gurgaon. We believe in producing quality castings through a process based approach by adopting latest technological development in foundry practices.

Gravity Diecasting though being the new addition to our shop, we go down to the smallest details like Metal Filtration, Die temperature monitoring, complete traceability amongst others. As a result our first shot is an Ok shot.

We also have captive facility for pressure die casting with an experience of 25 years in this field. We have 80 Tonne PTC pressure die casting machine with components casting upto 350 gms. Also available in-house is a fully equipped tool room for the development, repair and maintenance of dies and complete facilities for conventional machining of die-cast parts, i.e., filing, drilling, tapping etc.

In both the die-casting processes we can cast components upto 500 gms in wt., depending upon complexity.
