These are Case Differential which house the Bevel Gears and Pinions. These are SG Iron Grade 30 or FCD 50 castings procured from one of the largest foundries in India and machined to extremely closed tolerances at Solo.

These are Housings of the Rack & Pinion type of Steering Systems, both manual and power, and Valve Housings for hydraulic Power Steering Systems. They are extremely complex housings with 3-4 bores machined to close tolerances, not just in size but also in symmetry & concentricity.

These include Capsules used in collapsible steering systems, Differential Gear, Differential Pinion, Plug Pinion Bearings (Top Plug) used in Steering Housings, Combination switch etc. Solo is 1 stop shop for these components.

In addition to fixed monthly production of specific components, SOLO also offers machining services on CNC machines.
